Does abcircle .com really work?
We’ve all seen the ads on tv and the promises to get that 6-pack of your dreams with things on tv like remember that electro-magnetic pulsing thing that you stuck to your stomach? Or maybe the motorized rubberband thing that you put around your belly to shed off the pounds? All ridiculous if you ask me, but people bought these things and some consumers still swear by them (like my good buddy Jim). For most, however, these were all pieces of crap that wasted our money and took up space later in our lives.
Updated 27, 1, 2012 : So, before we get into the abcircle .com, like you are here for I thought I’d take a look at a few different workouts and a look at the diet I’m on (and have been on for the last 6 months). The most important part to your workout is the diet, if you aren’t on a good diet, it doesn’t matter what you do as a workout. Not even all the abcircle .com workouts can save you from bad eating habits. Got it? Ok then, I’m going to first go over the proper diet and look at some of the more recent work out exercise pieces of equipment. I will show you how to eat and how to workout, kapeesh? I used to be in the military, so excuse me if I seem like I’m coming off a little harsh. Oh, and by the way… A little bit about me… I am a Marine (there’s no such thing as an Ex-Marine), but I haven’t been active for about 10 years. I’m 32 years old and single, so for me it’s not too difficult to find the time for exercise and trying new diets. The following is what I’ve done over the last 6 months…
First off, as a point of reference I started out at 215 lbs with a waistline of 36 inches (I’m 5’11). I didn’t consider myself fat, but I had developed a beer belly over the last 3-4 years. Honestly, I got a little lazy. It was time to change and I kept my activities in a journal (I also suggest you do the same).
The Diet – Like I said before your eating habits will make you or break you and you can believe that. Start your mornings light with yogurt (low fat) or a protein shake. Whichever holds you over longer, then bring a light snack to work. I like to bring a protein bar, but maybe a pack of no salt nuts or something will be more up your alley. After a couple hours at work, eat your snack and drink water throughout the day. The more the better, but don’t over-do it to the point where you’re drinking water until your full. Then for lunch, feel free to grab a sandwich on wheat bread. I like a turkey on wheat with mustard, but it’s important you don’t use the regular condiments because they are so bad for you. Mustard, pepper, and spices are what you should use for flavor, everything else is just fat. For a side dish, have a salad. Green foods are so good for you in the short term and the long term. They have proven to reduce cancer risk and help absorb bad things in your body. It’s ok to have another light snack between lunch and dinner, in fact I encourage waiting until 3 or 4pm and having an apple and a banana. These will give you energy for your workout when you get home. For dinner, you should have something heavy in proteins and light in carbs. A little fat is ok, but avoid it about half the week. It’s like a cross between Atkins and South Beach diets. I like to cook a hamburger and each the burger (no bun) with mustard and have some baked chips with it. At the end of you day, end it with another yogurt. Now as long as you follow this general daily plan and sat away from alcohol (especially alcohol) and caffeine as much as possible, you’re ready to start working out.
The Gazzelle was released a few years ago and is a competitor of abcircle .com, but has it’s uses. I’ve found it to be effective, but not as effective as Abcircle .com. I think Tony Little could relax a little and just use is as a warm up.
An Elliptical is another great warm up and good piece of equipment. The only problem is that you need to be on it for about an hour a day every day to see results. It’s not really worth it for your efforts. At least it wasn’t for mine.
Abcircle .com showed me the greatest equipment of them all. I went to the site and found just what I was looking for. What’s great about the abcircle .com is that It really concentrates on the abs. I really slimmed down and if you stick to the diet and the workout for a half hour once a day for ½ an hour, you’ll be in great shape within no time.
Overall, like I mentioned, abcircle .com has worked the best but I wouldn’t knock the competition. Before when I mentioned my weight and that my experience was 6 months long, let me share my results. With the Gazelle in 2 months I lost 4 pound and 1 inch off my waste, with the elliptical I lost 8 pounds and another inch from my wasteline within 2 months.
I was certainly most impressed with the abcircle .com because in the matter of 2
months, I shed 26 more lbs, lost 5 inches around my stomach and now have the
perfect beach body. A 6 pack is what I wanted and I definitely have one now.
It’s nice to see girls actually checking me out for once.
